Online conference registration is available here.

Please carefully read the following before registering:

  • Only registration options matching the information provided in your EDAS account will be shown.
    • Please check whether your currently active society memberships are recorded in your EDAS account. If your memberships are not stated in EDAS, IEEE and SMC registration options will not be listed. Attendees have to bring their current IEEE membership card or other proof of the IEEE membership, in order to verify their membership at the registration desk.
    • Student registration options are only shown to users who have recorded their student status in EDAS (please check your EDAS account settings whether affiliation type "student" is specified). Note that student status has to be proven at the registration desk by showing a valid student I.D.
  • Please select the appropriate registration option by adding the corresponding registration item(s) to your cart, and pay via credit card, PayPal or Wire transfer. When using WireTransfer, an additional amount of CAD 20 has to be added to the ordered amount to cover the transfer fee.

All fees are in Canadian dollars.

1 Valid for author registration - at least one author, even if student, of each accepted paper must register at the full registration rate (either SMC Member, IEEE Member or Non-member rate). Please note that one author registration covers up to 3 accepted papers from this author.

Tutorial participation is complimentary with all registration options.

Additional banquet ticket (for One Day Registrations and accompanying persons): 50 CAD

Mar 06: We are thrilled to share that McGill Univ.'s user-centered design experts of the ADvanced AIRspace Usability (ADAIR) project will instruct a tutorial on Situation Awareness in the Design of Future Complex Systems.
Feb 29: We are excited to announce tutorials by renowned experts Prof. Péter Érdi on the cybernetics topic of feedback control, Prof. Prof. Galina Rogova on decision making under risk, and Alan Steinberg on context-sensitive information exploitation systems.
Feb 26: We are pleased to announce that Prof. Giancarlo Fortino (Univ. of Calabria, IT) will present a keynote address on "Situation-Aware Wearable Computing Systems".
