How to submit an abstract
Submission procedure for abstracts
- Please register the paper with your profile and e-mail address by logging onto http://edas.info/N13703.
- Co-authors (if relevant) should also register their details onto http://edas.info/N13703 to ensure that their names can be assigned to a paper.
- Choose an open track (either an oral presentation or a poster). Select the "Keynote paper" track only if you were specifically invited to present a keynote paper and were provided with a password.
- Input the title of the paper in the block and use the format: The Heat Transfer in the Transitional Flow Regime of Enhanced Tubes (note the Capital Letters of the first letter of every word).
- Type in the abstract (first type it in for example Word and then copy and paste it into the open block provided). This abstract is going to be used in the Conference Abstract Book so please make sure it is correct (especially after submitting the final paper). The abstract is limited to a minimum of 200 words and a maximum of 500 words and must include the background, problem, purpose of study, methodology and most important results and conclusions. Do not put into the abstract Greek symbols, equations and references. The abstract should consist of text only.
- Then select the ONE topic area(s) your paper falls under best. Contact the conference chair if your topic area is not listed.
- Add all the co-authors and make sure the order is correct. Co-authors can only be added once they were registered on EDAS (see point 2).
- Click the Submit button.
- An email is sent to your registered email address indicating the status of your submitting process.
