Registration on the website

Please go to http://edas.info/r13703 and log on onto the EDAS website from where you can directly pay the registration fee. For enquiries or assistance, please contact Sheryl van den Berg.

Maximum number of papers

The maximum number of papers that can be submitted by one author is three.

Between two authors that each submit three papers a total of six papers may be submitted but then both authors should pay the registration fee.

Who must pay the registration fee (details below)?

Every delegate attending the conference should pay the conference fee (a student should pay the student fee, retired academic pay the retired academic fee and the rest pay the fee for delegates).

For every paper that is accepted and published in the conference proceeding at least one of the authors should pay the fee and present the paper in person at the conference.

Registration (after 30 April 2014 and not later than 31 May 2014)

Registration fee includes

  • Welcome pack (delegate badge and accreditation, and conference proceedings on a USB)
  • Tea/Coffee breaks
  • Light lunch

Welcome: Sunday, 13 July 2014, 18:00-19:00, Venue: La Coquina

Free attendance. No food or beverages will be served. Cash bar available.

Banquet and Awards Ceremony. Wednesday, 16 July 2014, 19:00-22:00. Venue: Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, Cascades Restaurant.

The evening will be a traditional Florida evening with local food and entertainment. Cost: $140/person (cost for children to be advised). The cost excludes beverages. Cash bar will be available.

Certificate awards will be given to the best paper of every session

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration fee

Any cancellation received will be subject to the following refund policy:

  • 75% of the amount paid if written cancellation is received prior to 15 May 2014
  • No refund if written cancellation is received after 15 May 2014

Hotel accommodation

  • 25% cancellation fee for any cancellation prior to 09 February 2014
  • 50% cancellation fee if cancelled between 09 February and 08 March 2014
  • 80% cancellation fee if cancelled between 09 March and 08 April 2014
  • 90% cancellation fee if cancelled between 09 April and 08 May 2014
  • No refund after 09 May 2014
