Conference banquet
Includes buffet dinner and entertainment and welcome drink. With music band and 45 min sega show which is a dance invented by mauritians of african origin. It has become synonymous with «joie de vivre». The sega, its music and dance form, is specific to Mauritius. The sega, mainly based on African music originating with slaves, is nowadays played with modern instruments and features contemporary musical influences. CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration fee
Any cancellation received will be subject to the following refund policy:
• 75% of the amount paid if written cancellation is received prior to 15 May 2011
• No refund if written cancellation is received after 15 May 2011
Hotel accommodation
• 25% cancellation fee for any cancellation prior to 09 February 2011
• 50% cancellation fee if cancelled between 09 February and 08 March 2011
• 80% cancellation fee if cancelled between 09 March and 08 April 2011
• 90% cancellation fee if cancelled between 09 April and 08 May 2011
• No refund after 09 May 2011
