Submission
Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit full text papers including tables, figures and references. Full text papers (pdf only) will be accepted by the online submission system. All submitted articles should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical. Articles submitted to the Conference should meet these criteria and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. Manuscripts should follow the style of the Conference and are subject to both review and editing.
To submit an abstract/paper to HEFAT2011, please follow the following steps:
- Please register an ID with your profile and email address by logining in at http://edas.info/N9563
- Choose a track.
- Input the title of the paper in the block and use the format: The Heat Transfer in the Transitional Flow Regime of Enhanced Tubes (note the Capital Letters of the first letter of every word).
- Type in the abstract (first type it in Word and please check your spelling and then copy and paste it into this block). This abstract is going to be used in the Conference Abstract Book so please make sure it is correct (especially after submitting the final paper). The abstract is limited to 1000 words and should include the background, problem, purpose of study, methodology and most important results and conclusions.
- Then select the topic area(s) your paper falls under best.
- Click the Submit button.
- On the next page a large green check mark and a statement that the abstract was registered will show.
- The icon of a yellow folder found at the last row is where the manuscript will be uploaded after the abstract has been accepted. Please click on this icon and then upload your paper.
- Once you have registered an abstract and uploaded the manuscript, an email is sent to your registered email address indicating the status of your submitting process.
Full-length manuscript
The format in the template should be used for the full-length manuscript. Download the template. The full-length manuscripts MUST be submitted as a PDF file and should be limited to a maximum length of ten (10) pages.
