Registration

Online conference registration is now OPEN.
Register using EDAS at https://edas.info/r29209

Early registration before May 2nd at discounted rates.

Please carefully read the following before registering:

  • Only registration options matching the information provided in your EDAS account will be shown.
    • Please check whether your currently active society memberships are recorded in your EDAS account. If your memberships are not stated in EDAS, IEEE and SMC registration options will not be listed. Attendees need to be able to verify their IEEE membership.
    • Student registration options are only shown to users who have recorded their student status in EDAS (please check your EDAS account settings whether affiliation type "student" is specified). Students need to be able to verify their student status (a valid student I.D. is required).
  • Please select the appropriate registration option by adding the corresponding registration item(s) to your cart, and pay via credit card, PayPal or Wire transfer. When using WireTransfer, an additional amount of EUR 15 has to be added to the ordered amount to cover the transfer fee.

Author Registration

At least one author, even if student, of each accepted paper must register on/before May 2nd 23:59 EST at the Member or Non-member rate.

To be published in the IEEE CogSIMA 2022 Conference Proceedings and IEEE Xplore®, an author of an accepted paper is required to register for the conference and the paper must be presented at the conference. Registration fees must be paid in order to upload the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.

In case of new restrictions and closures, we could decide to switch to a completely virtual conference, if needed. In case of a completely virtual event, the registration fees will be reduced as in previous years, and the difference in amount will be refunded to those who have already registered by paying the fee for the hybrid conference.
