NICS'14 TPC Chairs

With the aim to promote scientific publications in the country and to provide a platform for high quality academic exchange between scientists, the National Foundation for Science and Technology Development (NAFOSTED) has decided to organize an annual conference in the field of computer science, information and communications.

The first NAFOSTED Conference on Information and Computer Science is jointly organized by NAFOSTED and Military Technical Academy from 13.03.2014 to 14.03.2014 at Military Technical Academy.

The conference has attracted great attention from numerous scientists working in the field of information and computer science at domestic and overseas research institutes and universities. This has resulted in 95 submissions (all written in English) falling in the realms of Computer Science, Software Engineering and Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, and Networking and Communications Systems. Each submitted paper was independently and thoroughly reviewed by at least two experts. Based on the comments of the reviewers, 54 papers have been accepted for presentation at the conference and included in the conference proceedings.

We thank all the members of the Program Committee and reviewers for devoting much of their valuable time, especially during the Tet-Giap-Ngo holiday period, to examine and evaluate the papers submitted to the conference. We highly appreciate your helps!
