General Co-Chair Welcome Message

On behalf of the General Chairs, it is our great pleasure to welcome the participants of the 22nd International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT 2023) to Sydney, Australia. It is our honour and pleasure to host ISCIT 2023 in Australia and to continue to enhance the prestige of this conference.

We would like to thank the Organising Committee and the TPC Members for their hard work that ensured high quality of the papers accepted to the conference.  The Organising Committee covered important areas of the conference including Technical Program, Special Sessions, Tutorials, Publications, Publicity, Patronage, Volunteers and Local Arrangements. We thank the Chairs of these areas for their hard work and contributions to these activities.
