TPC Co-Chairs Welcome Message

TPC Co-Chairs Welcome Message

On behalf of the Technical Program Committee (TPC), it is our great pleasure to welcome you to 2023 International Symposium on Communications and Information Technologies (ISCIT2023) to be held in Sydney, the most populous and beautiful city in Australia and Oceania. ISCIT2023 will provide a unique opportunity for researchers from around the world to explore new ideas and discuss the latest technology advances. We believe that the conference will also boost the communications and information industry through creative thinking and technology innovations.

ISCIT2023 has a strong and diverse program, consisting of 87 peer-reviewed high-quality papers (including 5 extended abstracts and 28 special session papers) scheduled into 12 regular sessions and 7 special sessions. In addition, the program also features 2 invited sessions, 6 tutorial sessions, and 5 worldwide renowned industry and academic keynote speakers.
We would like to express our sincere thanks to our TPC members for organizing such an efficient and smooth reviewing process. They are Mehran Abolhasan, Jinho Choi, Can Ding, Hoang Dinh, Ying He, Jefferson Hora, Xiaojing Huang, Beeshanga Jayawickrama, Yoshikazu Miyanaga, Robert Nericua, Diep Nguyen, Xinyi Wang, Kai Wu, Min Xu, Nan Yang, Yang Yang, Weijie Yuan, Andrew Zhang, Shiyao Zhang, and Forest Zhu.

We would also like to thank over 350 reviewers for their contributions to this outstanding program. Without their cooperative participation in the reviewing process or their professional and timely review of the submissions, the high-quality technical program would not be possible. In addition, we are very grateful to our tutorials (Forest Zhu), special sessions (Andrew Zhang), and publications (Can Ding, Ying He, Hiroshi Tsutsui) chairs for their great job and contribution. Finally, we would like to thank the constant support from Academic Event Services Australia (Peter Beadle) in the review and technical program preparation processes. Last, and most importantly, we extend our special thanks to all paper authors for submitting their works to and deciding to share their ideas at the ISCIT2023 Conference.

We wish all the ISCIT2023 participants a very enjoyable stay in Sydney. We believe that this conference will be one of your most fruitful and memorable experiences of your life from both professional and personal perspectives.
