Accepted Papers
Formatting Instructions for Papers
Authors should prepare a PDF file
following the IEEE single-space, two-column format using at least 10 point
size type. The paper must be correctly formatted to fit on U.S. "letter"
size page (8.5" by 11") with at least 1" margins on all 4 sides.
Length limit:

Regular papers 9 pages

Short papers 5 pages

Poster papers 3 pages

Demo papers 3 pages
Regular papers can have up to 2 extra pages beyond the given length
limit, with a $150 charge for each additional page. Short/poster/demo papers are not allowed to exceed 5/3/3 pages, respectively.
Do not number your pages. Do not insert any footers
or headers. Do not use any PDF security features in submitted PDF files, i.e.,
they must be fully accessible and editable by the CD-ROM producer for numbering
and other production purposes.

Submission of Regular/Short/Poster/Demo Papers
Authors of regular, poster, and demo papers submit the camera-ready manuscript through
EDAS.
The deadline for submission is August 6, 2012.
IEEE Copyright Submission
The copyright will be submitted directly through EDAS. Each author go to his/her paper page in EDAS, and click on the '+' icon in the copyright field. In the new page, the author needs to click on the button to submit the copyright electronically to IEEE.
Submission of Workshop Papers
Workshop paper instructions will be provided at a later time.
IEEE PDF eXpress
IEEE PDF eXpress is a website that can help you either generate an IEEE Xplore compatible PDF file, or
check the compatibility of PDF file generated by yourself.
Authors should log in at IEEE
PDF eXpress, and create or check PDF compatibility. Authors need create an account with the conference id:
mass12x. PDF files created with
IEEE PDF eXpress are guaranteed to be accepted in the IEEE MASS 2012 proceedings and the Xplore library.
Author Participation of MASS 2012
For a regular/short/poster/demo paper to be
included in the conference proceedings, it is mandatory that at least one of the
authors must be registered to MASS 2012 with a FULL REGISTRATION (i.e.,
non-student) status by August 6, 2012. A paper of any category (regular/short/poster/demo) with no registered authors past
August 6, 2012 will be withdrawn.
