Message from The President of IEIE CS

On this cold winter, we have a warm welcoming at Ho chi minh city, Vietnam. I am glad to see all of you and expect to meet you at this international conference.

ICGHIT (International Conference on Green and Human Information Technology) has a meaning of all technology comes from pursuing comfortable human life. Therefore, we need to coverage many research result by this continual activities.

The Institute of Electronics Engineering of Korea (IEEK) has selected as the best academic institute in Korea last year by National wide Survey. So we changed name IEEK to IEIE (the institute of Electronics and information Engineering) at this year, 2014, for global prospective step-up.

As one of activity of IEIE CI (Computer and Information) society, ICGHIT 2014 is very important and meaningful event to progress towards to international society for green and human IT technology, and we hope to make this conference as a bridge between Korea and Asian countries including Vietnam IT experts by having close relationship.

I know this country, Vietnam, is showing most rapid development among other Asian countries, I expect closer & progressive relationship between Korea and Vietnam on IT technology by held this conference.

I also would like to thank all the committee members in Korea & Vietnam who prepared this conference more than 4 months. I especially express my appreciation to Hoang Minh, the President of PTIT and Prof. Bao who took so much time and efforts to make this successful conference.

Moreover, I would like to extend a heartfelt welcoming to all ICGHIT 2014 participating students and professors from 7 different countries.

We wish you to have a good experience during your stay at Ho chi minh City, Vietnam. Thank you.
