First of all, please give me a chance to be on behalf of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH) to convey my greatest thankfulness to all of you because you have spent your invaluable time taking part in this conference "2021 International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications". I hope the best wishes about health, luck, success, and happiness to you and your family.

Ladies and gentlemen,

The International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications is an annual conference series aiming to foster an international forum scientific and technological exchange among Vietnamese and worldwide scientists and engineers in the fields of electronics, communications, and related areas, and to gather their high-quality research contributions. In 2021, the International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications is held in Ho Chi Minh City and hosted by Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH). This year's conference has a hundred participants from school, faculty, and department of universities as well as enterprises and research institutes to share the knowledge and enhance our mental horizon. It's my pleasure to walk you through the today' conference with full of warm welcome from Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HUTECH).

Dear all participants,

At this conference, we have experts from fields of electronics, communications, and related areas, sharing their thoughts, knowledge, and opinions. This conference provides a valuable opportunity for researchers, scientists, specialists, and enterprises to share experiences. I am sure that all of you will have fruitful and rewarding exchanges. I wish you every success with this important and interesting conference.

This year, this conference holds special value because the entire conference is taking place on a digital platform. Due to the changing time caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, we encourage our participants to stay safe. Last but not least, we will join hands to do our best and believe that we will break out of the COVID pandemic very soon.

REV President's message

Dear guests and colleagues,

On behalf of the Vietnam Radio-Electronics Association, I would like to warmly welcome the distinguished guests, scientists, researchers, and colleagues who attended the International Conference on Advanced Technology for Communication ATC-2021, co-organized by the Vietnam Radio Electronics Association, IEEE, and Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology.

ATC is an annual scientific event that attracts the attention of Vietnamese and international scientists and researchers. It is one of the most prestigious scientific conferences in Vietnam in the field of Electronics, Communication, and Information technology.

Over the past 15 years, ATC has also been a place for close and intimate meetings between Vietnamese scientists and researchers and international scientists and researchers to exchange valuable experiences in research and training in the fields of electronics, and communication and information technology. ATC is also an opportunity for international colleagues to witness the socio-economic development and experience the rich beauties of the country and people of Vietnam. However, at the moment Vietnam is going through the most difficult days of the Covid-19 outbreak, so our Conference must be conducted with Virtual Format, and colleagues can only meet each other on the virtual space.

Despite being heavily affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, ATC-2021 still receives the attention of domestic and international scientists and researchers. The conference organizers received 93 submisions of 270 authors from 15 countries. participated in the review of aaa reviewers and the results accepted 62 papers. And today, authors of 60 papers have signed up to participate in the Conference. The papers presented at the conference reflect the diversity of scientific research activities in the fields of electronics, telecommunications and information technology, which will certainly make a positive contribution to the scientific community. and PhD students in the field and for the development of ICT technology.

Due to being organized with a virtual format, the Conference Organizing Committee provided links for colleagues from Universities and Research Institutes to participate in the Conference. On behalf of the Vietnam Radio-Electronic Association, I would like to thank the interest and participation of Vietnamese and international scientists and researchers. Thank you for your enthusiastic participation in the feedback.

I would also like to thank the enthusiastic and dedicated work of the Organizing Committee, especially the TPC co-chair to make the Conference a success. I would like to thank my IEEE colleagues for their help and concern, especially for the assistant of the IEEE Global Meetings, Conferences team and Events team in organizing the Conference. In particular, I would like to thank for the coordination and organization of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology. Despite being heavily affected by the Covid-19 epidemic, HUTECH's colleagues worked very actively and effectively, making an important contribution to the success of the Conference. Finally, wishing the Conference a great success, I wish the distinguished guests, scientists and researchers good health and safety together to overcome the Covid-19 pandemic and have much success in the coming time.

ATC'21 TPC Chairs message

The International Conference on Advanced Technologies for Communications, which is an international forum focusing on electronics, communications, and related areas among Vietnamese and worldwide scientists or engineers, has been organized 14 times in Vietnam since 2008.

Due to the pandemic of COVID-19, we have to adopt the virtual mode of sharing visions and exchanging ideas across borders. Like many participants, I am very grateful to REV, HUTECH University, and COMSOC for their help in organizing ATC'21. At this difficult period, we are very impressed by the local organizing committee for their courage, dedication, teamwork, effort, and patience making an ATC 2021 so special and memorable for all of us.

This year, we received 102 submissions in total from 20 countries across all regions of the world, about 80% of papers come from Vietnamese institutions. All submissions were reviewed by at least two anonymous reviewers. Finally, we selected 62 high-quality papers to include in the proceedings, which corresponds to an acceptance rate of 58%. On top of the high qualified papers, the conference is also supported by 3 experts in three keynote speeches making ATC'21 become the landmark for communications society to express their thoughts and skills in finding the best algorithms and strategies for the future of communications.

We also express special appreciation to all technical program committee members, all track chairs, and more than 170 active reviewers that enable us to present a high qualified conference in communications technology. We would like to thank all the speakers and audience for their contributions and discussions at ATC 2021. Finally, we hope that the proceedings ATC 2021 will be a good source of research papers for future references.
