We are excited to welcome you to the upcoming NSF Workshop on Sustainable Computing for Sustainability. Below are important instructions regarding the workshop:

REGISTRATION PORTAL:

The registration link has been sent out via email. Each registration link is unique. If you believe you should have received an email but have not, please contact us through EDAS for assistance by 12 March, 2024.

CONFERENCE CATERING:

The catering for the conference will be provided by Panera Bread. Instructions for accessing Panera's portal to order your meals for the workshop will be sent out later via email. When placing your lunch orders, please carefully review the food-related information to ensure that your choices meet your dietary constraints.

REIMBURSEMENT PROCESS:

If you require reimbursement for any conference-related expenses, please ensure you have set up a "payee profile" with WashU. Detailed instructions for setting up it can be found in the Travel Reimbursement section of the Workshop's website.
