Dear friends and colleagues,

is an honor for us to welcome you (virtually) in India! The city of Delhi is proud to host this international conference, giving all the participants the chance to know the beauty of the India country, hoping to encourage future visits.

Thus, on behalf of the Technical Program Committee, we would like to welcome all the participants of the 11th IEEE International Conference on RFID Technology and Applications 2021 (IEEE RFID-TA 2021). This edition comes after one-year stop due to the pandemic, so it takes on an even more important role to connect researchers and scientists coming from all around the world and to share last research activities on RFID Technology and Applications.

The conference invites participation from academy and industry to share and witness research results in all areas of RFID technology and their applications.

We will have three Keynote Speeches, over 80 papers, the "IEEE Workshop on Motion Capture and Localization", the final competition of the "IEEE RFID-TA Challenge 2021", and a great industry session with experts, "IOT: the promise, the reality, and the gaps that remain".
