Good morning and warm greetings to you all.
First of all, let us express our gratitude to God Almighty, for His blessings have allowed us to gather today at The Beyond Technology Summit on Informatics International Conference 2025, held under the theme “Connecting Intelligence: Bridging Technologies for a Smarter Future.”
This theme strongly reflects the current global landscape, where artificial intelligence, information technology, and digital systems play a crucial role in shaping transformation across various sectors. Our collective challenge is not merely to develop advanced technologies, but also to build meaningful connections, collaborations, and interdisciplinary integration to create a smarter, more inclusive, and sustainable future.
Through this conference, we expect to foster an academic forum for sharing ideas, research findings, and innovations that can contribute significantly to the advancement of knowledge and the responsible application of technology for the benefit of society. Strong collaboration between academia, industry, and other stakeholders is essential in addressing global challenges in the digital era.
On behalf of the university leadership, I would like to express my highest appreciation and sincere gratitude to the organizing committee, partners, and all participants for their dedication and active contribution to the success of BTS-I2C 2025.

Welcome Speech
On behalf of the organizing committee, it is our great pleasure to welcome you to the Beyond Technology Summit on Informatics (BTS-I) International Conference 2025, hosted by Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember, Indonesia.
BTS-I was initiated with the vision that advances in informatics and computing should extend beyond purely technical achievements. In the contemporary digital era, technology is increasingly expected to address broader societal challenges, including sustainability, ethical responsibility, social transformation, and human-centered innovation. The theme Beyond Technology reflects this commitment and serves as the guiding principle of this conference.
The BTS-I 2025 conference has attracted strong international interest. A total of 550 papers were submitted by 1,320 authors from 33 countries across Asia, Europe, Africa, Australia, and the Americas. Following a rigorous peer-review process conducted by an international panel of reviewers, 183 papers were accepted for presentation and publication, resulting in an acceptance rate of 33.27%. The accepted papers represent contributions from 21 countries, demonstrating both the global reach and the academic selectivity of the conference.
The conference is honored to feature distinguished keynote speakers:
- Dr.Eng. Wisnu Jatmiko, Dean of Computer Science Faculty, Universitas Indonesia.
- Dr. J. Somasekar, Program Head of CSE (AIDD) at JAIN University, India.
Their expertise and scholarly contributions provide valuable insights into current trends and future directions in informatics and computing research.
The papers included in these proceedings cover a wide range of topics in informatics and related disciplines, reflecting current research developments, emerging technologies, and innovative applications. We believe that the works presented here will contribute meaningfully to the advancement of knowledge and foster future research collaborations.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all authors for submitting their work to BTS-I 2025, as well as to the reviewers, editors, technical program committee members, and organizing committee for their dedication and professionalism. Their collective efforts have been essential to maintaining the quality and integrity of this conference.
We hope that the BTS-I 2025 proceedings will serve as a valuable reference for researchers, practitioners, and policymakers, and that this conference will continue to grow as an international forum for impactful and responsible innovation in informatics.
